Dr. Cindy Kelly brings a data-driven approach to improving workplace dynamics, leveraging 16 years of experience in hiring and selection processes and a strong background in statistical analysis. She is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 and MSCEIT Emotional Intelligence assessments and is a Board-Certified Coach (CCE). With 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, she is also a Certified Healthcare Leadership Coach (CEC). Her expertise allows her to implement evidence-based strategies that enhance organizational performance, promote a positive work environment, and develop organizational effectiveness. Dr. Kelly holds a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a bachelor's degree in information technology.
